Accessibility
Designed so more people can plan with confidence.
We are building TisVisitor to work for people with different abilities, devices, and ways of interacting with technology.
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the core experience
Our accessibility commitments
These principles guide how we design and build every part of the product.
Keyboard access
Core journeys are designed to work without requiring a mouse.
Screen reader support
We use semantic structure, accessible labels, and ARIA only where needed.
Clear visual contrast
Text, controls, and interactive states are designed with readable contrast and scalable type.
Reduced motion
Animations respect reduced-motion preferences where supported.
Accessible forms
Forms include clear labels, instructions, validation, and understandable error messages.
Keyboard focus
Interactive elements include visible focus states so users can clearly see where they are.
Accessibility before you arrive
When publicly available, TisVisitor includes accessibility information in your Visit Brief or Adaptive Visit Playbook so you can prepare before leaving home.
Availability varies by destination. TisVisitor does not assume accessibility features that cannot be verified.
Information may come from official venue websites, public authorities, approved place data providers, or other reliable public sources.
